Update

Not the large update promised before but here goes... Well, we're now nearly at half a million hours processed over the years. Expanding the database now to include Filming Location overall and grouping the individual locations together, this is active and working, just filling in the blanks that were created with the appropriate data. Structure complete.

Missing pay is still strong at under 1% of bookings. No major coding issues in the last couple of months.

We have actually hit a few maximums that Google Sheets has in place such as the 10,000 records per IMPORTRANGE, this was avoided by splitting up the overall page when importrange comes into play, usually by half the year but if your really busy, then quarterly should suffice. No company currently is processing over 2,500 records per day. However larger companies may have this problem. Then adjust for monthly. Then you have more than 10 importranges in one cell, and that becomes problematic, looking into a larger later workaround.

Website upgrades have gone nicely, we have multiple administrator views now, and a more robust user experience coming January 1st when we upgrade to the new 2026 database.
